A new associate who just joins our JSM 012 System must be very excited. That’s why we must provide a success operation pattern for them, to assist them get familiar with MLM operations in 90 days.

First of all, we need to list out the potential name list. This name list should include 15 to 20 potential customers, and 2 to 4 potential distributors. Then we have to analyze the name list to determine the priorities. After thorough analysis, we should invite those good prospects to join our meetings or activities.

For those prospects who are familiar with MLM, we can use one to one or ABC to invite them join our OPP. But for those who are not familiar or even fed up with MLM, we can organize some home parties or soft gatherings. When they are interested in Usana, we can invite them join OPP later.

When all these prospects join our OPP, the meeting after the OPP is very important. Closing is the only target we should set. For those who are interested in Usana online business, we should encourage them to sign up as Associate. For those who would like to consume Usana quality products, they are recommended to sign up as Preferred Customer in order to enjoy autoship price.

3 Steps of Leading New Associates

New associates who just joined our JSM 012 System are very confident to build a strong network. Therefore, we should strive to assist them in building up their network. There are 3 steps of leading new associates:

1. Trigger and Strengthen the motive
Every new associate who joins our team definitely should have a motive, such as belief in the quality products, trust of the company background, or interest in the business. These motives might only last for a short period, so we should find out their crucial motives, for example acquiring a dream house or a luxurious car. After that, we need to strengthen these crucial motives, so that they can contribute their efforts persistently despite of any obstacle.

2. Explain what to do
Although there are a lot of dreams, they won’t become true if we cannot convert them into actions. New associates are still unfamiliar with MLM environment, therefore we need to explain what they should do, such as invitation, ABC, recruiting and selling. As long as we can repeat these simple steps everyday, finally we will achieve remarkable success in Usana.

3. Teach them how to do, and accompany them
After explaining all the steps, we should demonstrate how to implement those steps. We should ensure they will repeat those simple steps everyday. In addition, we should accompany them at least 90 days to help them get familiar with all the steps. We can immediately give advice while they make any mistake. Finally, they will learn all basic knowledge in MLM industry.

4 Types of Partners in the Organization

An organization consists of a group of people working towards a common goal to create huge resources and performance. In order to achieve great results, we should categorize our partners into the appropriate types, and use different methods to serve each category. They can be divided into 4 types:

1. Consumers: We should provide consistent after-sales service to our customers, so that they will repurchase the products every month. When they recognize the benefits of the products, they will recommend the products to their friends and relatives.

2. Retailers: Since they recognize the quality of the products, they will put in a lot of efforts in selling products to their customers. We should provide them latest information, such as new products launching, awards winning and products promotion. As long as they can provide consistent after-sales service to their customers, the sales volume will be increased continuously.

3. Distributors: Since they realize team building is very important, they are willing to participate in regular meetings and training. They can sacrifice their individual interests, in order to utilize the operation of the organization. With their contribution, we can provide satisfying services to all the customers.

4. Leaders: They are leading many partners, including distributors, sellers and consumers. They are the key persons in the organization, who are responsible for designing the future blueprint of the organization. When the partners face any difficulties, they can assist them to solve all the problems.

 

User network consists of consumers and retailers. Almost 80% partners in the organization belong to the user network. However, selling can help us cover daily expenses.

Team builder network consists of distributors and leaders. Only 20% partners in the organization belong to the team builder network. Nevertheless, it will be able to bring us splendid achievement and rich.

The Ultimate Missions of JSM 012 System

In order to comply with the sixth wave of wealth, home venture, JSM 012 System have determined two ultimate missions.

 

1. All distributors participate in the autoship program, so the products will be shipped automatically every month.

There is always a myth in MLM. Usually we thought that a good distributor must deliver the products to his customers personally. For a new distributor, product delivery is a very important after-sales service. However, when the amount of customers keeps increasing, it is very hard to service all customers promptly. In order to avoid this problem, we will encourage all distributors purchase a small amount of products for personal use or resell every month. Therefore, those distributors can encourage their customers order products online, or even joining the autoship program. This is the best method to solve product delivery problem.

 

2. The organization can be categorized into 4 types of partners – Consumers, Retailers, Distributors and Leaders. All partners are encourage to assist 2 downlines who are in the same category.

MLM is a professional industry, which might not be suitable for everyone. Normally 80% of the partners are consumers, while only 20% of the partners are interested or capable of building up a network. Therefore, we need to categorize them into the appropriate types, and use different methods to serve each category. When each partner understands which category he belongs to, then he should try to assist 2 downlines who are in the same category, and encourage them participate in our system training. If there are some partners who are talented in leadership, they can request for the team leader’s assistance. We will provide a series of training to assist them become leaders in a short period of time. With these leaders’ help, more and more partners will attain a brilliant achievement in the near future.
